Known as Arm Junkie on Thingiverse, Easton has blown the breath of life into his 3D printed PLA plastic hand. Driven by servos in the forearm Easton is able to use a remote glove to control the hand. If you have access to a 3D printer or own your own, the files are available for this hand here. I'm almost done building my own Prusa RepRap printer and am excited to try this animatronic hand on for size once it's complete. An open source full scale humanoid should be right around the corner.
